It is our policy to ask that:

Appointments must be scheduled for all Full Detail Cleanups.

Please remove all items of value and personal belongings. Yankee's Detail is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

All vehicles should be inspected for broken parts, dents, scratches or broken glass before we begin any cleanup.

If necessary, we will discuss any additional, necessary cleaning or surface scratch removal with you before we complete any detail job.

Should it rain within 24 hours after your car is returned or picked up, Yankee's Detail will re-clean the exterior at no additional charge. If you request to have your car waxed again at this time, you will be responsible to pay the extra fee.
There are a few items to keep in mind when getting a Full Detail Cleanup. All vehicles are returned dry with the exception of the carpet and floor mats which are damp, the windows will need to be cracked to allow the interior to completely dry. Please keep in mind if there are stains that have been set in for long periods of time, they may be harder to remove. Therefore, it may take extra time to complete the cleanup. If needed, we do spot clean headliners with a no-water chemical used to keep the headliner in tact.
